In September, Nortel auctioned its global Enterprise Solutions assets and shares of Nortel Government Solutions, Inc. to Avaya, Inc. The sale is expected to be approved by the end of 2009 and underscores the value of a rich heritage of innovation, world-class products and solutions, an extensive customer base, a supportive channel base, and top employees in the industry.
